Tu B’Av – the 15th of the month of Av – the 11th in the Jewish calendar is a night of full moon as the Jewish calendar is Lunar. It is called the holyday of love and under the full moon the girls of Jerusalem used to dress white, to wonder the vineyards at vintage and kidnaped by the men of Benyamin – old biblical (Judges chapters 19–21) story and tradition that only the outer shadow – the wine the songs and the love were left till this day. We celebrate it in the old threshing floor with poetesses and poets, music and wine under the full moon.

On other dates the events holds lectures, walking the desert to ancient villages hidden in the mountains and longer tours of few days to the opium gardens and the Bedouins of Sinai.
